About the Client
TEPfactor is a team-based adventure game inspired by Fort Boyard. Instead of a single escape room, players move through dozens of challenges testing teamwork, logic and physical ability in a large themed environment. The concept originated in the Czech Republic and has gradually expanded internationally. Today TEPfactor operates in several locations including Prague (city branch in the center), Chotilsko (Central Bohemia – the main outdoor adventure complex), Warsaw (branch in Blue City shopping center) and Dubai (international location on the JBR promenade).
Our Collaboration
Our cooperation with TEPfactor began with a clear goal: to get a Meta Ads performance campaign live as soon as possible and maximize the profitability of the campaigns. Strategy, creative production and conversion tracking therefore had to be prepared quickly so the campaigns could start generating results without unnecessary delays.
Shortly after launch, another challenge emerged.
The Challenge
During the campaign, TEPfactor began selling vouchers not only for its existing Chotilsko location but also for a new Prague branch scheduled to open soon.
This meant promoting a product that did not physically exist yet.
The campaign structure therefore had to support two parallel goals:
- campaigns optimized for maximum conversion value
- campaigns optimized for maximum number of purchases
The objective was to find the right balance between revenue and order volume.

Fast Campaign Launch
Within just three working days, the first Meta Ads campaigns were live, complete with newly prepared creatives and full conversion tracking.
Before launch we also implemented Conversion API (CAPI) to ensure reliable data and allow optimization based on real purchase signals.
Creating Authentic Performance Content
Experience-based businesses rely heavily on emotion and atmosphere in advertising.
The client initially had only a limited amount of older footage, which was not sufficient for performance campaigns. We therefore decided to produce new video creatives directly on location.
Our team travelled to the Chotilsko complex with a videographer and drone operator to capture authentic gameplay footage and aerial shots of the entire venue.
These videos became the core creative assets for the Meta campaigns.
To improve performance, we continuously monitored creative metrics such as:
- hook rate – how quickly ads capture attention
- hold rate – how long viewers stay engaged
Based on these insights we iteratively adjusted editing, structure and messaging.
